The Top 5 Tips I Give My New Clients to Get Started Right on Their Wellness Journey

 "‘We have to get out of that mindset of labeling food ‘good’ or ‘bad’.   How I want you to think is, ‘This food will take me closer to feeling like my best self and to ultimate health and this food is going to take me further and further away from feeling amazing. When you can start to look at food that way, you’ll have a whole different frame of mind around it.
